Abigail Dew
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
I believe that community and relationships are the most important factor of a fulfilling life. When creating Abby Dew For You, my goal was to support people with disabilities in forming meaningful relationships with peers and having purposeful roles in the community. In my free time, I enjoy reading, biking, gardening, hiking, yoga and baking. I have two dogs and two cats. I love puzzles, movies, games, crafts, naps and spending time with my friends.

I have worked in the special needs community for 12 years. I am a hard worker and I love helping people learn and watching them grow. I have been heavily involved with the HR Therapeutic Recreation program, as well as Unified sports programs. I attended the University of Colorado Denver and obtained my degree in Education and Human Development. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my two dogs! This is the most rewarding part of my life and I love being a part of Abby Dew For You.

Annette Mitskevich
MENTOR
After my husband and I moved to Colorado from overseas in 1999 and we had our two boys, I began my career with elementary special needs kiddos in the school district. The job was so challenging yet so rewarding! I loved all 13 yrs.! Then a new passion was found with the Dew Crew because I was given the gift of seeing what amazing young adults my little kiddos can become! When not hanging with the Crew, and our own boys aren't at home, I love to walk, hike, work out, cook international foods, and travel, when given the chance!

MENTOR
I began working with the disability community around 4 years ago when I was a student at Castle View High School, and I quickly realized that this was something I was passionate about. Since then, I have worked with individuals with disabilities ranging from ages 8 to 45 and I truly believe that I have the best job in the world! I have so much gratitude for the Dew Crew and I am so looking forward to getting to know everyone, while making amazing memories and learning valuable lessons along the way! Some of my favorite things to do outside of work include reading, hiking, going to concerts, practicing yoga, and smiling and laughing as much as possible! I am beyond excited for the year ahead.
